We are excited to announce the release of ProVision WMS PV2.2.4 P19, packed with new features and
enhancements that will further streamline your warehouse management operations. This release
introduces improvements across multiple modules, delivering greater flexibility, precision, and ease of use.
Below is an overview of the key enhancements:

1. Extended Pallet ID Field Length

We’ve expanded the Pallet ID field from 20 to 50 characters to accommodate larger IDs, offering enhanced tracking capabilities for businesses handling complex logistics and detailed identifiers. This will enable more flexibility and customization in pallet tracking.

2. Enhanced Assembly Module

Our Assembly Module now includes several powerful new features:

Assemble Task: You can now define a specific “Assemble” task to streamline the assembly process.
This task will guide users through the assembly steps, improving workflow consistency.
Assemble Start and Stop Events: Multiple users can trigger Start and Stop events, providing
transparency and collaboration during the assembly process. This allows users to track who initiated and
completed specific tasks in real time.

3. Dis-assemble Functionality (PC only)

You asked, we listened! The Assembly Module now includes the ability to dis-assemble items that have already been assembled. This feature is available on PC only and will support greater flexibility in managing complex assemblies and returning components to stock or rework.

4. Multiple Lot IDs and Pallets for Work Orders

To support more complex production scenarios, we have enhanced the Assembly Module to allow for multiple lot IDs and multiple pallets to be associated with a single work order. This change will significantly improve workflow efficiency when dealing with multi-pallet, multi-lot projects, ensuring all items are accurately tracked and reported.

We are confident these updates will provide a more robust and efficient warehouse management experience, empowering your teams to operate at peak efficiency. For any questions, assistance with the update, or to schedule a demo of these new features, feel free to reach out to our support team.
